Viske (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Viske application and website (the “Service”).
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password.
Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Viske Insider, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive your subscription status and billing history from Stripe.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, and market preferences you configure.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, and browser type for analytics and to improve the Service.
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) process subscriptions and payments; (c) personalize your experience, including market recommendations based on your preferences; (d) communicate with you about your account or the Service; (e) detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service; (c) law enforcement if required by law or to protect our rights. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

We use localStorage to keep you signed in and to store your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
